Welcome to Homelink. By accessing or using our real estate information management service at Homelink.online ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1Introduction
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2Service Description
Homelink is a SaaS platform tailored for real estate agencies. The Service requires account registration and offers various subscription plans including Free, Pro, and Ultimate. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
3Accounts and Subscriptions
3.1 Account & Organization
You must register for an account to use the Service. As an organization creator, you are responsible for managing the permissions of agents invited to your store (organization) and for all activities under your organization.
3.2 Plan Limits
- Free Plan: Limited to trials arraying basic functionality for new organizations.
- Pro / Ultimate Plans: Subject to limitations on the number of stores, staff per store, and total storage capacities as defined in your chosen plan.
- Upgrades: You can upgrade anytime. To downgrade, you may need to reduce your property, customer, or image data to fit within the lower tier's storage limits first.
4User Obligations
By using our Service, you agree to:
- •Comply with all applicable data protection laws
- •Only provide authentic property and client info
- •Safeguard the privacy of your client data
- •Ensure you have authorization to process client info
5Data & Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all property listings, client details, and follow-up records ("Business Data"). Homelink claims no intellectual property rights over your Business Data.
License: You grant Homelink the necessary rights to transmit, store, and process your Business Data solely for providing the Service to your organization.
Homelink's Rights: The Service platform, UI, and underlying code are owned by Homelink.
6Data Security & Compliance
We employ enterprise-grade isolation to safeguard your Business Data. Data is strictly segregated between different store organizations. You agree not to use the platform for fraud or posting fake listings; we reserve the right to suspend non-compliant accounts.
7Payments & Subscriptions
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once charged.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via the dashboard. Access remains active until the end of your billing cycle. Contact support@homelink.cv for questions.
8Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Homelink is not liable for business revenue losses, missed real estate transactions, or indirect damages due to service interruptions or data input errors. We recommend regularly backing up your key business data.
9SLA & Disclaimer
As a SaaS provider, Homelink commits to high platform availability. However, we do not guarantee the outcome of any real estate transaction and we do not intervene in disputes between your organization and your clients.
